The Sleep Reset Intensive Workshop with TRE® & Hypnotherapy

Join us for a deeply restorative 3.5-hour workshop designed to gently, yet profoundly, reset your relationship with sleep. Beginning with the nervous-system recalibration of TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) and followed by the transformative depth of hypnotherapy, this immersive experience supports you in accessing deeper rest, restoring healthy sleep rhythms, and settling your whole system into calm.

We are delighted to welcome renowned hypnotherapist Zoe Clews, who, with over 20 years’ clinical experience, is widely regarded as one of the UK’s leading hypnotherapists.

Zoe specialises in C/PTSD, trauma, anxiety, and long-held emotional patterns. With extensive experience and hundreds of client reviews acknowledging her compassionate and effective approach, Zoe brings deep expertise in helping people feel safe, supported, and ready for meaningful change.

Part 1: TRE® for Nervous System Reset, led by Luke Mullen

We begin with TRE®, facilitated by Luke Mullen.

TRE® is a powerful somatic tool that uses natural neurogenic tremors to help discharge stored tension and accumulated stress from the body. This gentle, guided process helps recalibrate the nervous system, shifting from “fight-or-flight” into a parasympathetic “rest-and-digest” state — the essential foundation for restorative sleep.

Starting with TRE® allows your system to settle and regulate before moving into deeper therapeutic work.

TRE® supports:

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Release of accumulated stress and stored tension

  • A greater sense of grounding and safety

  • Creating the internal conditions for deeper rest

By calming physiological hyperarousal first, we prepare the ground for deeper subconscious work to unfold more naturally and effectively.

Part 2: Hypnotherapy for Sleep, led by Zoe Clews

Following TRE®, Zoe will guide you through a gentle and powerful hypnotherapy session.

Hypnotherapy works directly with the deeper patterns that shape our sleep — where old habits, fears, and stress responses are often held. By shifting from hypervigilance into calm receptivity, hypnotherapy supports:

  • Soothing long-held stress responses

  • Rewiring sleep-disrupting patterns

  • Re-establishing healthy sleep hygiene and supportive behavioural rhythms

  • Creating a felt experience of safety and ease you can return to night after night

You will also receive a recording of the session, allowing you to continue reinforcing the work at home as part of your new bedtime routine.

Together, TRE® and hypnotherapy create a powerful integration: regulation first, then gentle re-patterning — supporting change that is embodied and sustainable.

This event is presented in affiliation with The Held Space, an organisation dedicated to bringing skilled therapists together to offer accessible, integrated healing experiences.
