This package is designed as an initial deep dive to reset your nervous system. Included in the price are 2 x TRE sessions (Trauma Release Exercises - 80 minute sessions), 1 x Hypnotherapy session including a take home recording of the session (2 hour session), 1 x Kinesiology session, either Systematic or Transformational Kinesiology (2 hour session), and 1 x Shamanic Healing session (90 mins)
