Workplace Wellbeing

Integrated Solutions for Workplace Wellbeing & Productivity

We’re bringing TRE — Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises — into workplaces as a practical way of supporting nervous-system regulation, stress reduction and psychological safety.

Psychological safety is one of the strongest predictors of effective teams. But feeling safe at work is not only about policies, management style or communication. It is also physiological.

When the nervous system is under sustained pressure, people can become more reactive, less connected, less able to think clearly and less able to access the parts of themselves that support collaboration, creativity and good decision-making.

TRE works from the body upwards.

Using a series of simple exercises, TRE activates the body’s natural tremor response, helping to release physical tension and support nervous-system regulation.

Our workplace workshops are led by Luke Mullen, Systematic Kinesiologist and certified TRE® Provider and Mentor.

Luke is highly experienced at reading a room, creating cohesion and making people feel comfortable, including participants who may initially feel sceptical or unsure about trying a body-based practice.

The workshops are designed to help teams experience, rather than simply talk about, what greater regulation and psychological safety can feel like.

Witness your team experiencing greater psychological safety — and the effect that can have on team effectiveness, resilience, connection and productivity.

A typical corporate programme can be delivered as a one-off workshop or as an eight-week pilot, allowing participants to build familiarity with TRE and observe changes over time.

The aim is not simply to offer another wellbeing initiative, but to introduce a practical tool that employees can continue to use to regulate stress, release tension and recover from periods of sustained pressure.
